The Institute of Social and Policy Sciences (I-SAPS) is a not-for-profit organization with the mission of catalyzing knowledge-based social change in Pakistan driven by the principles of equity and social justice. I-SAPS undertakes multi-disciplinary research, develops human resources, and informs public policies and engages state and market in informed policy dialogues for sustainable development. Research and policy support and services offered by the institute are available to public, private and development sector organizations and their staff, and I-SAPS also works closely with public sector organizations to leverage their work with a view to ensuring system-wide improvements. This is guided by the realization that the public sector plays an important role in articulating and implementing policies that lead to social justice.
