Courtney Heck is the Program Associate for the Transparency and Accountability Program (TAP), a project of the Results for Development Institute in Washington DC.  Courtney joined the Results for Development Institute in August 2008 after graduating from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in psychology and a minor in sociology.  At Virginia Tech she conducted research in community health and health behavior.  She has been working with TAP since January 2009.
