As part of its new grant window on public expenditure tracking and absenteeism studies, TAP is producing a guide based on lessons learned, challenges faced, and strategies developed by former grantees. Following a six-step process from Developing a Topic to Undertaking Evidence-Based Advocacy, we will carefully outline the activities that PETS can involve and stories from practitioners who have been involved in "Learning by Doing" PETS exercises in the past.
